AlgoScape

Exciting news! AlgoScape (Alpha) is live → https://algoscape.io

A few years ago, right after I finished my bachelor's, I built a small algorithm visualizer and shared it online. To my surprise, it gained a decent amount of traction and the idea stuck with me long after.

Recently, I decided to revisit it: modernize the experience, clean up the UI, make it mobile-friendly, and give it a proper name: AlgoScape.

The goal is still the same: to help people see how algorithms work, step by step, in a way that feels calm, clear, and intuitive.

This Alpha release is a significant step in that direction. It's not a major formal launch, but it's definitely new and improved, and I wanted to share this milestone.

What's New in AlgoScape (Alpha)?

I've been working on rebuilding AlgoScape from the ground up. Here's what the Alpha version includes so far:

  • 📊 Sorting Visualizations: Dive into classics like Merge Sort, Quick Sort, Bubble Sort, Selection Sort, and Insertion Sort.
  • 🔍 Pathfinding & Search Algorithms: Explore how DFS, BFS, Dijkstra's, and A* navigate through data.
  • 📱 Mobile Support: Learn on the go! The interface is now designed to be mobile-friendly.
  • 🎨 Updated Interface & Layout: A cleaner, more modern look to help you focus on the visualizations.
  • 💬 Feedback Form Built-In: Your thoughts are crucial! Easily share bug reports or feature requests.

More Coming Soon!

This is just the beginning for the new AlgoScape. I'm already planning and working on:

  • ➕ Additional algorithms to visualize.
  • ⏱️ Speed controls for the visualizations.
  • 🌙 Dark mode for comfortable viewing.
  • And much more!

AlgoScape is still really fun to play around with, and I believe the new version offers an even better experience.

Try out the Alpha and let me know what you think!
